Harry Potter Code Puzzle
Well this will seem kind of random...I got an email from someone this afternoon who is apparently doing some sort of puzzle/quest/tournament (a TriWizard Tournament, perhaps) on a Harry Potter website, and he's stuck on a coded message which he can't figure out. So he emailed me, asking for help (because I have a website that's all about codes and secret messages.Well, I'm pretty sure I've figured the code out, but I don't think I'm going to tell him; it seems to sort of defeat the purpose of whatever puzzle or competition he's doing if I tell him the answer. But I thought I'd post it here, and see how many of you can come up with a decoding.
If you think you've got it, go ahead and post a comment. I won't actually post your solution; I'll just reply back whether you decoded it the same way I did!
